What we collect: To generate your Will, we collect personal details including your name, address, family details, asset information, and executor details - exactly as entered in the Will creation form.

How we use it: Your information is used solely to generate your personalised Will document. Your information is only accessed if needed to resolve a technical or legal issue and not used by us to profile or market to you.

How long we keep it: Your data is stored temporarily in an encrypted database and automatically deleted permanently within 3 days of submission. No manual intervention is required or involved. Access to this data is limited to our systems and is not routinely viewed by any human, except if needed to resolve a technical or legal issue. We do not maintain long-term storage, backups, or user vaults.

Third party tools: We use the following tools to deliver our service: Razorpay, CraftMyPDF and Wix for the purposes of website hosting and member management, to enable seamless workflow and secure payment processing. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security measures in addition to ours.

Your rights: You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us through our Contact page. Given our 3-day automatic deletion policy, your data will in any case be deleted within that period.

Security: All transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure.
