Terms of Use

1. About This Platform

LexDossier is an automated document preparation platform that enables individuals to generate a personalised Will document based on information provided by them. LexDossier is founded by a lawyer with extensive experience in law and technology.

This platform does not provide legal advice. Use of this platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship of any kind. The document generated is based solely on the information provided by the user and is intended as a starting point for estate planning - not as a substitute for independent legal counsel.

2. Eligibility

This platform is intended for use by individuals whose estate planning needs fall within the scope of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 or the Indian Succession Act, 1925. It is not applicable to those governed by Muslim Personal Law or to estates involving complex arrangements, trusts, agricultural land restrictions, or contested family circumstances.

Users are strongly advised to complete the eligibility check before proceeding.

LexDossier bears no responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the generated document arising from information provided by the user. By using this website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use in their entirety.

4. Payment Terms

In the rare event of a verified technical failure (submitted with proof) where payment is processed but no document is generated or made available for download, please contact us immediately through our Contact page. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved on a case by case basis.

6. Delivery Policy

LexDossier delivers digital documents only. No physical product is shipped or exchanged.

Upon successful payment, your personalised Will document is generated automatically and made available for immediate download. No ongoing access is required or provided after download.
